Consultative / Labor Rate – $65.00 @ Hour

 

PROJECT PRICING*:

Examples of 4-6 hour Moderate to Heavy clutter projects includes:

  • Average size clothes closet –OR-
  • 2 Small single door closets –OR-
  • Home office (without paper sorting/filing) – OR-
  • Master bathroom (double sink)

**6-Hour Service Package = $351.00 (Save $39.00)

Examples of 8-10 hour Moderate to Heavy clutter projects includes:

  • Walk-in clothes closet (6-8 hrs.) – OR –
  • Kitchen, including pantry (6-8 hrs.)– OR –
  • Master bedroom Suite; includes master bath & one walk-in closet (8-10 hrs.)
  • 2 – 3 average size rooms (8-10 hrs.)

**10-Hour Service Package = $585.00 (Save $65.00)

Examples of 15–20 hour Heavy clutter projects includes:

  •  4-5 average size rooms
    • Small kitchen                      -OR-                      > Master bedroom Suite
    • 2 Bedrooms                                                      > Home Office w/o paper
    • 2 small closets                                                  > Kitchen, with pantry
  • Paper Sorting, Purging & Filing
  • Garage / Basement (may require two persons – special pay rates apply)

(2) 10-Hour Packages = $1170.00 (Save $130.00)

Examples of 40+ Hours Projects includes:  5-7+ Room House with Heavy Clutter

(4) 10-Hour Packages = $2340.00 (Save $260.00)

 

* Project time estimates may vary based on degree of clutter, client participation and completion of homework assignments.  Examples below are not all inclusive.  Other special terms and conditions may apply.

** All service packages must be paid for at least seven (7) days prior to the first organizing session. 

NO REFUNDS on service packages, unless contract is cancelled or terminated, in accordance to the terms of the contract.  However, if there are monies/hours left after the project is complete, it will be used for future projects, if applicable, or money will be refunded.
