Evangelist Candy H. Speight is a certified Christian Life Coach, author, speaker, podcast host, and founder of Order Your Steps LLC, a faith-based coaching and professional organizing ministry dedicated to helping women embrace “A Life in Divine Order.”
With the heart of a minister and a passion for authenticity, Candy blends biblical principles with practical coaching strategies to empower women to move from where they are to where God is calling them to be. Her mission is to inspire women to discover their divine purpose, overcome life’s challenges, and live intentionally according to God’s plan.
Gifted with a unique anointing for organization, encouragement, and administration, Candy has spent more than a decade helping clients create peace, harmony, and order—not only in their homes and workspaces, but also in their spiritual and personal lives. She believes that transformation begins when we embrace who God created us to be and walk boldly in obedience to His voice.
After retiring from Xerox Corporation in 2011 following a successful 32-year career, including 15 years as a Field Service Manager, Candy stepped fully into her God-given purpose by launching Order Your Steps LLC. Throughout her corporate career, she was known for mentoring, coaching, and encouraging others both professionally and personally.
Candy’s ministry has expanded through social media, speaking engagements, workshops, retreats, and her podcast featured on her Order Your Steps YouTube channel, where she shares faith-filled encouragement and “Holy Ghost downloads” that inspire healing, growth, and spiritual alignment. She is also the author of Journaling Your Journey to Knowing the Voice of the Holy Spirit and creator of the WRITE. HEAL. SHARE. workshops and retreats, designed to help individuals heal through storytelling, reflection, and spiritual transformation.
In 2023, Candy became a certified Christian Life Coach through STEP Coaching Institute and is also a proud member of Faithful Organizers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Above all, Candy is a woman of faith who desires to remain obedient to God while helping others find order in the midst of chaos. She has been blessed with a loving and supportive husband, three grown children, and four beautiful grandchildren. Through every platform and assignment, her prayer is to encourage, uplift, and help others walk confidently in purpose, healing, and divine order.
